„Sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage mit Aussicht und schönen Zimmern.
- Sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage mit Aussicht. - Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Frühstücksbuffet - Zimmerausstattung und Qualität
- einziger negativer Punkt: Die Zimmertüren müssen aufgrund des Schliessmechanismus immer zugeknallt werden. Das ist sehr nervig und man wird dadurch nachts immer wieder geweckt.

Sehr gut
Komfortables, elegantes Zimmer mit Meersicht, sehr gute Betten. Im Bad funktionierte alles bestens.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber das Nachtessen von schlechter Qualität, sehr enttäuschend und nicht gerade günstig. Schade haben wir nicht den Weg ins Zentrum gemacht, wo es originelle und gute Restaurants gibt.

„sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Puerto Natales
Wir haben zweimal dort übernachtet. Einmal im Zweibettzimmer zum Hof/Parkplatz und einmal im Superior Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Superior Zimmer hatte eine moderne Regendusche und kein Teppichboden. Tolles Frühstückbuffet: Omlettes nach Wunsch, Müsli, Granola, Chiasamen, Joghurt, Toastbrot, Brot, Käse, Honig, eingelegte Pflaumen und mehr. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und füllte das Buffet immer wieder auf. Das Gepäck konnten wir für unseren Besuch im Nationalpark Torres del Paine ohne Aufpreis für 6 Tage deponieren.
- Zimmer mit Teppich etwas muffig - Zimmer zur Strasse eher laut wegen Lastwagen, die zum Hafen fahren - Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlten einzig frische Sachen wie Tomaten, Gurken, frische Früchte.
